Stimulates Your Body's Natural Defense System

Stimulates the body's natural defenses by activating both the innate and adaptive immune systems. Unlike common lactic acid bacteria that indirectly enhance the immune system, Immunoflora has been shown to directly activate pDCs (plasmacytoid dendritic cells). By activating pDCs, Immunoflora broadly activates your body's defense system, providing a more comprehensive approach to supporting your immune system.

Promotes Immune Resilience

Provides immune support during high intensity training and promotes enhanced exercise performance. Immunoflora also provides immune resilience for a busy lifestyle and supports respiratory health.

Clinically Researched

Immunoflora is supported by 10 human clinical trials, 2 safety studies, and 25 published papers.

Ingredient highlights

LC-Plasma (IMMUSE™)

This unique, postbiotic (heat-killed) Lactococcus lactis strain has been clinically shown to activate important immune cells called pDCs, which are known for their ability to produce high levels of signaling proteins that play a critical role in immune health.

Larch Arabinogalactan

Larch arabinogalactan is a natural water-extracted prebiotic from the Western larch tree, shown to possess important immune-supportive properties.

Larch arabinogalactan nourishes the gut-immune system by enriching beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria, and supports a healthy gut lining through the production of butyrate and other short-chain fatty acids (SCFA’s).

Immune support

Innovative state of the art immunity formula.

I was feeling under the weather for weeks, and once I started taking Immunoflora, I immediately felt much better.

Received this as a gift with my order. I am taking daily. Thank you!

Is this a probiotic supplement?

No. Probiotics by definition are live microorganisms that can provide health benefits to the host. Immunoflora contains what are known as ‘paraprobiotics,’ which are microorganisms that have been deliberately heat-killed or inactivated through other means. The lactic acid bacteria contained in Immunoflora have been heat-killed to release the plasma in the cells.

Don’t probiotic bacteria have to be alive to work?

Not necessarily. When previously live probiotic cells are heat-killed, they release a complex soup of cellular metabolites, in what is essentially the cytoplasm from within the cells. These cellular metabolites act as biological response modifiers, and can offer an excellent option to support one’s overall health and immune status.

Can I take this with my current probiotic?

Absolutely. Immunoflora contains paraprobiotics (heat-killed bacteria) and prebiotics (food for good bacteria to thrive), but it does not contain live probiotic bacteria.

How do I know it’s working?

Immunoflora is formulated to broadly bolster immune health by activating both the innate and adaptive immune system, and is supported by nine human clinical trials. Immune health status, general resiliency, and digestive function are the most often reported benefits upon initial use. Additional research also suggests that Immunoflora may support work productivity and skin health.

Since Immunoflora ‘activates’ the immune system

While the natural ingredients in Immunoflora do activate the immune system, activation does not mean imbalanced. Rather, the food-based ingredients utilized in Immunoflora are intended to work with the body to provide broad spectrum optimization of immune health – not to overstimulate the immune system in a synthetic manner. Ideally, the immune system is continually functioning as a well-tuned orchestra, active and able to respond with precision and speed when required to do so. In effect, Immunoflora is designed to keep the immune system ‘tuned’ to a responsive state despite life’s challenges. All ingredients in Immunoflora are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe), and have undergone multiple human clinical studies supporting long term safety, even at excessive intake levels.

is it then possible to ‘overactivate’ the immune system?

The immune system is a highly complex and interconnected system that has two pathways to address foreign elements. The ‘innate’ arm of the immune system is our non-specific first line of defense that targets anything viewed as foreign in the body, whereas the ‘adaptive’ arm of the immune system is as a specific response to a foreign element – essentially, an immune response that your body learns. In supporting both the innate and adaptive arms of the immune system, Immunoflora offers broad spectrum support of these two critical arms.

What are the innate and adaptive immune systems?

Immunoflora can be taken any time, day or night, with or without food.

When is the best time to take Immunoflora?

Immunoflora can be taken on an empty stomach, or with food.

Do I need to take Immunoflora with food?

The respective clinical studies support daily use to promote optimal immune status. Overall immune health greatly contributes towards our total health state, so it is often advised to take a proactive approach when considering immune support strategies.

Do I have to take it every day?

Yes. The ingredients in Immunoflora are soluble, neutral to slightly sweet tasting, and can be dissolved into food, water, juice, or another warm beverage of your choosing. Getting it past a picky eater – no problem.

Can I empty the contents of the capsule into my food or drink?

Yes. Immunoflora is safe and effective in children. The ingredients used in Immunoflora are natural, food-based, and have an established track record of safety and efficacy in the clinical literature.

Is Immunoflora safe for children?

No. Immunoflora does not contain live probiotics, and is not affected by warm temperatures. The lactic acid bacteria in Immunoflora have been intentionally heat-killed to release the metabolites (cellular plasma) contained in the bacterial cells. The product is shelf stable, and should not be refrigerated.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

Yes. There are no animal ingredients or dairy used in the culturing of the lactic acid bacteria contained in the product, and the capsules are made of plant cellulose.

Is this product suitable for vegans?

Human clinical trials on healthy volunteers support the assertion that blood values of interferon alpha (IFN-α) are not stimulated to abnormal levels that would otherwise give cause for concern with autoimmunity. That said, there has been no direct clinical research on autoimmune disorders, and we recommend that you discuss any concerns with your healthcare practitioner.

Is Immunoflora safe to take if I have an autoimmune condition?

Consult with your healthcare practitioner regarding the use any dietary supplement while pregnant or nursing.
